Processed using the anaerobic natural method, the coffee undergoes oxygen-free fermentation before being dried with the fruit intact, enhancing its complexity and sweetness.

Light roasted to highlight its vibrant character, the cup bursts with dark berry and mango notes, balanced by the rich sweetness of brown sugar and the depth of dried fruit.
