Colombia Granja paraiso 92 Sugarvane Decaf, produced by wilton Benitez in Piendamo Cauca, is a high-end specialty coffee using advanced sugarcane (EA) decaffeination process.

SUGARCANE DECAF PROCESS ( NATURAL EA METHOD )

Coffee beans are gently steamed to open their pores, then rinsed with ethyl acetate, a natural compound derived from fermented sugarcane. this process removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavour characteristics. the bean are then carefully dried, resulting in a decaffeinated coffee that remain sweet, clean, and well-balanced without the use of harsh chemicals.

Our specialized process reduces caffeine content from 1.08% to just 0.029%, removing approximately 97% of caffeine while preserving full flavour.
